In this DC ONLINE event, you will learn about P-Diagrams:

  • How to develop the system structure of P-FMEA
  • How to describe functions and malfunctions more accurately
  • How to develop “noise and control factors” within the team early on
  • How to master the jump from P-Diagrams to Process FMEA

Objective:

Participants will learn to develop and apply Parameter Diagrams in the context of manufacturing process development and planning. The second goal of this DC ONLINE event is to use their content as a starting point and content for P-FMEA.

Target group:

The live event is aimed at specialists and managers from the fields of quality management, engineering, product development, project management, purchasing, production, service and IT.

 

Speaker

Winfried Dietz is the founder and managing partner of DIETZ Consultants with subsidiaries in Asia and North America. He shoulders the responsibility of the FMEA business area development. Winfried Dietz has more than 30 years of practical experience, 25 years thereof as a consultant, trainer and coach. Other areas of interest and work include APQP, 8D, PPAP and functional safety and their interactions. Winfried Dietz is the organiser of the annual Osnabrück FMEA Forum.

  • You will receive access data and a link from us after your registration and shortly before the event. After entering your name under "enter as guest", the link will take you to a virtual lecture room. Here you will see the speaker's slides and hear the sound via the speakers of your terminal device. Using a headset or your smartphone, you can also participate interactively in the webinar and contribute with questions and comments.


  • To participate in the webinar, a stable internet connection and an appropriate terminal for audio and video output are required (PC, laptop, cell phone, tablet, ...). A headset or smartphone is required for verbal communication.


  • We reserve the right to cancel events for urgent reasons. Notification will be given in good time. Any further claims beyond the reimbursement of paid event fees are excluded.

    Webinars can be cancelled free of charge up to two days before the start of the training. After that, 50% of the webinar fee plus statutory VAT will be charged.  If you have a substitute participant, please provide us with the name and e-mail of the participant so that we can make the rebooking in the system in good time before the start of the training.
