    Dr. Michael Gellner pursues the goal of optimally bringing people and systems together in various roles. As a computer scientist and communication scientist, he has been moving confidently in the interface areas of software quality, functional safety/SOTIF, cybersecurity and requirements management for over 20 years. As an FMEA moderator, risk and quality manager, he assists the makers worldwide - but as an auditor, expert and consultant to customers, he also knows their views and interests.

    Dr. Jarosch is a senior expert for quality methods and tools. In this function he is responsible for the development, implementation and application of a CAQ system for advance planning and series support in 6 regions and approx. 70 locations worldwide. As a mechanical engineer, he developed industrial beam sources at the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology. This was followed by positions as production and development manager. For 15 years, Dr. Jarosch has been active in the automotive supply industry with the letter Q in his title. Within the company, but also in working groups, it is a central concern of his to further develop Q methods, to network them and to establish them as interdisciplinary standards. He has been a moderator and trainer for many years. In this context, FMEA plays a central role as an active development tool and as a firmly anchored tool for knowledge cycles along the entire value chain.

    Dirk Jödicke studied chemistry in Bochum and Oviedo (Spain). After taking a doctorate in Organic Chemistry, he began his professional career in the sheet glass industry. In laboratories, pilot plants and production facilities in this industry, he worked on innovative glass and plastic composite systems, thin semiconductor films, lithium-ion conductive polymers, electrochromics, photochromics and other systems to exploit variable properties in glass for architectural and automotive applications. Numerous inventions subsequently led to the successful market launch of so-called intelligent windows with variable light transmission. Dirk Jödicke was Head of Research and Development and Head of Quality Assurance, and as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt he is now a freelance consultant for Six Sigma in statistical data analysis, statistical design of experiment, and process optimization.
