Professional FMEA Coaching

Dietz Consultants offers you highly effective instruments for human resource development as well as providing solutions for the immediate work situations. Our coaching is designed to provide a learning experience for the individual while building the organization at the interpersonal level. FMEA coaching aims to enhance your activities even after our experts have completed their assignments.

That is what we are here for:

Our objective is to bring out the best in the customer’s work force. We establish guidelines and introduce tools for future use that will enhance the organization going forward.  In FMEA coaching, we transfer our FMEA competence to your FMEA experts through professional management, guidance and feedback.

This is how we do it:

We tailor our approach to your specific requirements.

FMEA coaching activities are presented during the process of evaluating one of your projects. We cover the project by including all work steps such as preparation, structure construction, function and mal-function net construction and risk assessment while engaging the trainee in the real work situation. We then provide results records and plausibility checks of the work results. Your FMEA experts receive detailed feedback from us in order to gain the greatest possible benefit from the activity.

Following (systematic) attitudes are the basis for our work:

  • Resource orientation
  • Valuation and
  • Solution-oriented approach
