Every day we experience a lot of exciting and new things from the world of FMEA and risk management. In our 15th Osnabrück FMEA Forum we share experiences and good examples. Experts but also users report from their FMEA and risk management practice. The exchange of experiences with and from the experts and the users is what the forum is all about.

Winfried Dietz is the founder and managing partner of DIETZ Consultants with subsidiaries in Asia and North America. He shoulders the responsibility of the FMEA business area development. Winfried Dietz has more than 30 years of practical experience, 25 years thereof as a consultant, trainer and coach. Other areas of interest and work include APQP, 8D, PPAP and functional safety and their interactions. Winfried Dietz is the organiser of the annual Osnabrück FMEA Forum.

Dr. Hans Höninger is a freelance consultant for quality methods in development environments.

He has 30 years’ practical experience, including 23 years with BMW in chiefly senior positions in drive development and quality and risk management. He has also led IT projects for monitoring quality in the field and building a knowledge database for managing development risks.

One focus of Dr. Höninger’s work is on the development and implementation of strategies to reduce warranty costs.

Christa Düsing is an FMEA Coordinator and certified FMEA Moderator (DGQ) at XCMG European Research Center GmbH in Krefeld, Germany. She is responsible for FMEA analyses of mobile machinery such as mobile cranes, graders and loading cranes. She also provides the XCMG team with FMEA training worldwide within the Group. She has many years of experience as a development engineer for the optimization and further development of hydraulic systems and mobile machinery components. She also teaches design theory in the field of mechanical engineering at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln (University of Applied Sciences Cologne).

  • As soon as more than one person from one company registers, we offer a reduced event fee of € 798.00 plus VAT per participant for online participation and € 898.00 plus VAT per participant for attendance. Please give us an appropriate note when you register.

Cancellation conditions

  • Dietz Consultants reserves the right to cancel the seminar in the case of certain unexpected events. The participants will be notified in time. A refund, not higher than the participation fee, is possible.
    Courses cancelled up to two weeks before their planned date are eligible for a full refund; thereafter the full fee will be charged. It is possible to transfer the registration to another person for the same course dates.
