Quality management

Quality management (QM) refers to all organizational actions that serve to improve process quality, services and thus products of all kinds.

The term service in QM goes beyond the standard term and mainly relates to the internal services of the organization. Quality control is a key management task. Quality management systems are required in areas such as aerospace, automotive, medical technology, healthcare components, medical or pharmaceutical rehabilitation, and food manufacturing.
