Kaizen

Kaizen (pronounced S, Japanese Kai = change, Zen = for the better 改善; "change for the betterment" to distinguish the term technique from the colloquial term often also カイゼン) describes both a Japanese philosophy of life and work as also a methodological concept that focuses on the Aspiration of continuous and infinite improvement.
